Welcome to Good Happs Co. These terms apply to your use of goodhappscompany.com and to any purchase of our products, including Chili Paste. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About us. Good Happs Co. is a women-owned, small-batch food business. Chili Paste is made in small batches in the Bay Area using a Himalayan-inspired recipe. Product color, heat, and texture can vary slightly from jar to jar because the batches are made by hand.
Product information. We aim to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, allergens, and net weight. Photos are for illustration. A jar may look slightly different from the photo. Please read the ingredient and allergen line before buying. Chili Paste contains onion and garlic. If you have an allergy or dietary question, email customerservice@goodhappscompany.com before you order.
Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if pricing or product information was posted in error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
Pricing and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. Payment is required at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown there. You confirm that the payment details you enter are yours and that you are allowed to use them.
Promotions. A discount, including the offer to buy 3 jars and get 10% off, applies only as described at checkout and only while that offer is active. Offers cannot be combined unless the checkout says they can. We may change or end a promotion at any time.
Shipping. We currently ship within the continental United States. Standard shipping is $5.99. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $27 or more. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 5–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package. Returns and refunds. Unopened jars may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened food products cannot be returned unless the jar is damaged or defective. Damaged or defective jars must be reported to customerservice@goodhappscompany.com within 7 days of delivery. Full return details are in our Refund policy.
Accounts. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Acceptable use. You may not use this site to break the law, post harmful or misleading content, send malicious code, interfere with the site, attempt to access our systems without permission, or resell our products without written permission.
Intellectual property. The site content, including text, photos, recipes, logos, and packaging design, belongs to Good Happs Co. or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without written permission.
Disclaimer. Chili Paste is a food product. We do not promise that the site or the product will meet every personal preference. To the extent allowed by law, the product is provided as described on the product page.
Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, Good Happs Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
