Shipping policy

We ship Chili Paste within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.

Processing. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. During busy periods, processing can take 3–5 business days. Processing time starts on the next business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping. Standard shipping is $5.99 and usually arrives in 5–7 business days after the order ships.

Free shipping. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $27 or more. Three jars are $30 before the 10% discount, so that order qualifies. A single $10 jar does not. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.

Faster shipping. If shown at checkout, expedited shipping is $12.99 and usually arrives in 2–3 business days. Express shipping is $19.99 and usually arrives in 1–2 business days. These options are not free, even on orders over $27.

Delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect address details can add time. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking email once the order ships. You can follow the package on the carrier’s site.

Packaging. Each jar is packed to protect it in transit. If a jar arrives broken, email customerservice@goodhappscompany.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

Address. Please check the shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it after a new shipping charge is paid.
