Jenni Yum! This reminds me of my favorite Taiwanese hotpot condiment 'sacha sauce', but with a slow-building spicy kick. I’ve tried it on stir fried veggies and mac and cheese so far (random, I know), and it's delicious on both. Can’t wait to experiment with more dishes!
