Yum! This reminds me of my favorite Taiwanese hotpot condiment 'sacha sauce', but with a slow-building spicy kick. I’ve tried it on stir fried veggies and mac and cheese so far (random, I know), and it's delicious on both. Can’t wait to experiment with more dishes!

Some of the ways people use it are - A dash of soya sauce, with spring onions and a dollop of sauce make it perfect for dumplings or cold noodles. A quick garlic fry with butter and a dollop of sauce goes perfect with shrimps/crabs. Mayo and sauce perfect for fries and many more!
